Thought:

What if the residents of Bethlehem had known and believed who Jesus was? Do you think that there would have been room for Him? Would there have been a more suitable environment to be born into? Would there have been a bed provided to lay Him in? Presumably, the answer to these questions is a resounding “YES” and yet, we live in a world that still does not make much room for Jesus. More and more often in our world and culture today, Jesus is not recognized or welcome. But we must remember that we each have the opportunity to make room for Jesus in our own lives. We can welcome Him in and allow Him to occupy the most prominent place in our hearts. But will we? Will there be room found for Jesus in you?

What are some real ways that we can make room for Jesus in our lives today?
